Rural Enrichment and Counseling Headquarters (REACH) is a nonprofit human service center located in Hawley, MN.

Founded in 1991 to serve the rural residents in Becker, Clay and Norman counties, REACH works with local agencies to provide counseling, education, food , clothing and other necessities.

REACH’s Dress for Success^® program empowers women by providing professional clothing to those seeking employment.
