REACH partners with Hawley Public Schools and Ulen-Hitterdal Public Schools, to offer the BackPack Program to children. The BackPack Program provides a small sack full of kid-friendly, shelf stable food for children to take home and eat over the weekend. They receive foods like cereal, soup, fruit, granola bars, snacks and other items. With parent approval, we send a bag of food home with each child in the family every Friday during the school year.
